To obtain your NetSuite account information you will need to login into the NetSuite account as the Administrator and navigate to:

1. Setup > Company > Company Information
2. Look for "COMPANY NAME" field and "ACCOUNT ID" field

To obtain your account size you will need to login into the NetSuite account as the Administrator and navigate to:

1. Setup > Company > View Billing Information
2. Look for "Total Storage Size (MB)" line and "File Cabinet Size (GB)". We need the value in "Currently Used Qty." column.

Does your NetSuite have Multi-Book features enabled? ? How to check:
1. Log in to NetSuite as an Administrator.
2. Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
3. Open the Accounting tab.
4. Look for Multi-Book Accounting.
5. If enabled, select Yes. Otherwise, select No.
Do you use serial numbers on transactions? ? How to check:
1. Log in to NetSuite as an Administrator.
2. Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
3. Open the Items & Inventory tab.
4. Look for Serialized Inventory.
5. You can also open a recent transaction such as an Item Fulfillment, Item Receipt, Invoice, or Sales Order.
6. If serial numbers or Inventory Detail are used on transaction lines, select Yes. Otherwise, select No.
How many subsidiaries are configured in your NetSuite instance? ? How to check:
1. Log in to NetSuite as an Administrator.
2. Go to Setup > Company > Subsidiaries.
3. Review the list of subsidiaries shown.
4. Count the number of configured subsidiaries.
5. Enter that number in this field.
