Bulbeck Group: a full NetSuite backup and File Cabinet extract before the contract ended

The situation

The contracted term was ending and the business was moving to another platform. Bulbeck needed a complete backup of everything in the account, for its own staff and for audit, and had a short window in which to get it. The IT manager arranged a meeting, went through the offering, received a quote, and was satisfied that the data required could be exported.

What Blueacrobat did

Bulbeck followed the supplied instructions to grant access to its NetSuite instance. The two teams agreed a date and chose a full backup before the system changeover, then a delta copy after the business had stopped trading on NetSuite but still had access, so the final weeks of activity were captured. The full backup was delivered as agreed. Bulbeck then widened the scope to include a full extract of the file library; Blueacrobat had also provided instructions for attempting that extract in-house, and did it on Bulbeck's behalf because of the time constraint. The reviewer dealt with one person throughout, over email and a couple of video meetings.

The outcome

Within weeks of going live on the new platform, the IT manager had needed the exported data several times to answer questions from colleagues, which would otherwise have been impossible. Every deliverable arrived on time and as agreed.
