iZotope: a complete NetSuite export for audit, delivered ahead of schedule

The situation

The NetSuite system was to be discontinued, and the auditors would still need to see it. That meant a complete export rather than a set of reports: all objects and all files, alongside the financial reports, in formats the company could work with afterwards. The timeline was short, and the shutdown could not proceed until the export was in hand.

What Blueacrobat did

Blueacrobat delivered the data in database format, as CSV for each record type, and the attachments as the original files. The team of two to five managed the process itself, gave regular status updates and proposed solutions rather than waiting to be asked. One blocking issue arose; it was escalated the same day, a solution proposed, and accepted.

The outcome

The export was delivered exactly as discussed and the company shut the system down on time. The work came in four days early against a five-week estimate, and the cost estimate was precise and met.
