A read-only NetSuite archive with attachments, for a software company's users

The situation

The brief was precise. A complete and accurate backup of NetSuite, attachments included. Online read-only access to that backup for users, with an interface they could navigate without training. And downloads of the backup with restore instructions, so the company held its own copy independent of any hosting.

What Blueacrobat did

The scope ran through the full set: a full extraction with transfer and delivery of the account, the File Cabinet extraction, a delta extraction to pick up changes made after the first pass, archive hosting with the DBVault archive explorer for the read-only users, and a MySQL server set up to hold the delivered copy. A team of two to five worked with the company over virtual meetings and email.

The outcome

Users have access to the entire NetSuite database for all years, attachments included. Every deliverable was ahead of schedule.
